Circuits with a twist… guess the sequence to get the upper hand!
This is a tried and true outdoor bootcamp drill my participants have loved to hate for years. 6 exercises and 1 rectangle combine for a great all-rounder.
Running and partner exercises make up this partner finisher.
A leg day finisher that will leave your campers walking like baby giraffe and feeling the burn for days!
A twist on German Volume Training to get your campers working both sides of their body!
This is another version of After the Roll where the roll of the dice determines the starting exercise PLUS all exercises after that number OR before that number. Campers will always end on exercise 10 or exercise 1.
A physically distanced AMRAP in a big, open field.
Your campers will have a ball with this drill, until they find out the nasty twist at the end!
Through traditional Tabata timing, participants will perform pairs of exercises but one exercise adds up each round.
This is a stationary workout, designed to be completed in the shade when it’s stifling HOT! It’s a circuit style workout with 2 exercises and 2 reps each.
A spiced up circuit drill, which challenges the body to keep moving for longer than a regular ‘circuit’ timing.
Help your campers get to know each other better, with decreased burpees as their reward!
You won’t want to drop the ball on this warm up!
This drill is half AMRAP and half endurance. A super easy format that I use with my outdoor groups.
