Intervals meets bodyweight in this lower body workout for all abilities.

Tone and Tighten like a boxer. Get in a Total Body Cardio workout with great Upper Body DB workout. Don’t forget to twist and pivot for those chiseled abs 😜
Full Body Smash Part 2
A great strength and conditioning full-body workout that will leave you huffing and puffing by the end. The workout has 4 sections – Upper Body, Lower Body, Abs and a Finisher. This will leave you physically fatigued but mentally pumped up!
Kitchen Sink Rounds
This will keep everyone on their toes with a combination of drills to make for a fun workout. AMPAP / Tabata / Circuit / EMOM & Ladder.
Strength + Chipper
Chip away at the bodyweight exercises, and work under a timer for the strength exercises.

Not for the faint of heart, this is an AMRAP workout designed to challenge the fitter clients.

Going The Distance
A high rep workout with dumbbells and high knees in between each exercise. This is a killer burn, but you must make your campers lift appropriate weights… not just 8lbs the whole time!
