Start slow, build to medium, end fast. This cardio and plyometric repeat drill gets harder along the way.
In this drill, campers will complete a push or pull shuttle for reps then a tri-set of exercises for a certain number of rounds. As the shuttles get harder, the tri-set rounds become a little easier.
