This drill is a great way to add more pulling movements to your sessions. You will need some suspension trainers like TRX’s or Olympic rings though.

8 Station Running Circuit

This is about as basic as circuit workouts come. However one little tweak to how campers change stations plus regular and advanced reps means it works for all levels and makes a great workout.

30-20-10 (Strength)

The 30-20-10 drill involves doing a circuit three times. On the first time round complete 30 reps of each exercise, the second time around 20 reps of each exercise and the third time around just 10 reps of each exercise. Bookend this drill with a warm up, a game and a finisher for a great workout.
