Outdoor Circuit
Your basic 10 station outdoor circuit workout (uses lots of equipment).
Leg Day EMOM
This grueling 4 station circuit uses EMOM to keep your campers working hard!
Burpee Blitz
6 stations and between each station… burpees!
Timed Pyramid Workout
Stations consist of 3 exercises put into a timed pyramid and performed as a superset with another station.
Run The Rectangle
This is a tried and true outdoor bootcamp drill my participants have loved to hate for years. 6 exercises and 1 rectangle combine for a great all-rounder.
2 Minutes of Crazy
This is a challenging cardio circuit workout with each circuit lasting 2 minutes long.
Focus Tabata Workout
6 Tabata Rounds with a Sprint Tabata Round between every 2.
Cardio Blast Off
This drill has two parts – a running drill that can be completed on a treadmill or outside, and a resistance band drill. It will leave your camper’s legs burning for days!
The Volumiser
A twist on German Volume Training to get your campers working both sides of their body!
Power Pyramid
A double pyramid – a pyramid of time and a pyramid of reps!
ULCF Hardcore (Upper, Lower, Core + Finisher)
A great strength and conditioning full-body workout to be done outdoors. The workout has 4 sections – Upper, Lower, Core and Finisher.
I Go U Go Workout
You drill, your partner drills, back and forth on the same exercise for 2:30 minutes.
Fast and Faster
Give your campers a good dose of fast and faster interval training.
Functional & Fun
Here’s a lower body strength workout that leans more towards the functional side of the equation. Plus it’s fun! Challenge your lower body and work out a good sweat at the same time.
The Devil’s AMRAP
The devil is in the detail in this 40 minute AMRAP.
PUSH IT!
This is a fast paced workout split into 6 sets where rest periods are optional. Who needs them anyway?
Walk the Walk
This is an incredible booty and leg burn. It’s a simple circuit – 7 exercises for 25 reps on each side, x 2 sets.
After The Roll
This is a dice workout where each roll of the dice determines how many stations they must complete.
Pass It Down, Add It Up
Pass the exercise down the line and add the reps on for this great teambuilding drill.
400 Reps
400 reps may sounds like a lot, but just wait until 100 Skips are added every three minutes!
