Dress Your Flag!
Your country’s flag is feeling a little naked and needs some hard work and team building to bring it back to its old self! This is a fun team building warm up or finisher. This particular flag I’m using is the United States flag with 50 stars and is great for an Independence Day Workout but you can use any flag and get creative, however this drill really is perfect for this particular flag.
