8 minutes per AMRAP times 4 will leave your campers well worked out!
This timed strength workout using medballs, barbells and kettlebells will get your clients in the hypertrophy zone.
Go the Distance
Get your campers moving with increasing laps around the gym. Those that finish early get to do an extra round with Burpees.
6 stations and between each station… burpees!
In this fitness test the goal is to complete as many 200m runs out of 15 as possible with these drills mixed in between.
Quite simply a Medball and Kettlebell core circuit.
S+C Line Circuit
Perform strength, slow and strong and then move to a Tabata cardio blast!
Quick and effective, this alternating EMOM will leave your clients with a deep, deep burn.
Boost your biceps with this one, about a 50 min workout with warmup and cooldown.
All Round Chipper
This drill combines a range of exercises and reps to make it a great all round workout!
Two teams must compete to finish their drill first!
One rope per team, that person’s the time keeper. The rest of the team have to keep going until they get back.
Triple Threat AMRAP
A simple AMRAP workout using low reps and exercise staples.
Work Till You Drop
This is a reps and “failure” circuit routine where each person is encouraged to work until they can do no more.
