This workout focuses on the strength component but with an added run each round.
This is a workout for Indoors because lots of different cardio equipment is needed. It’s a WOD, starting with 50 reps down to 10. Repeat at least three times for a killer workout!
I Go U Go Workout
You drill, your partner drills, back and forth on the same exercise for 2:30 minutes.
5 On The Clock For 50
Your campers will be working hard in these five minute intervals – counting 50 reps of one exercise, then finishing out the time with another.
These Little Weights Are Heavy
The light weights will start to feel very heavy, very quickly.
If 4 lots of 8 rounds of “TABATA” isn’t enough. Just do 8 lots of 8 rounds.
100-10 Lower Body Punisher
A chipper routine starting at 100 Reps and dropping by 10 going all the way down to 10 reps.
