This library is a collective effort of the Designers and Master Crafters on BootCraft and because of that you’ll see many different faces demonstrating the exercises below.
Some ideas for using this library are:
- to find substitutes turn a full body workout into just an upper or lower body workout
- to find a good regression for a client with an injury or progression for fitter clients
- to look up a new alternative to an exercise you program a lot, like push ups
