This is a short finisher drill which could be made to last longer with multiple sets. Group of 4-8 participants in a circle with 1 medicine ball of acceptable weight for all. PAY ATTENTION as the medicine ball will be coming your way for various drills. Heads up!

This is a 3 minute boxing round that can be used as a warm up or finisher to any workout routine. Can be partnered using gloves and pads or individually holding light DB’s. Campers complete as many rounds as they can in that 3 minutes. However its done it’s 3 minutes of OUCH!!
