Use UNO cards to dictate your workout. Having base circuits to work off and some evil little cards to keep them on their toes.
Just like Tones and I sings, ‘Dance for me, dance for me, dance for me!’ This circuit will have campers moving around randomly, and should they roll a six, well, they’d better get dancing! Great as a laughter inducing starter, or extended for a fun, full-length circuit.
You really don’t want to ‘Lose Control’ so that you can be the first one finished!
Clients will bring to the class something red and something black. They will choose a colour to hold up and you will draw a card to see who does the winners exercise and who gets the harder option for an incorrect guess. With some other sneaky ways to use the cards. *Great for virtual interaction but they could also be encouraged to bring to a normal class or you could give them black and red counters.

This is a great one for Fourth of July/Independence Day in America but you can use it for anytime and any country. It is a super simple and sweaty workout and history lesson that is sure to warm up or finish your team off!
Your country’s flag is feeling a little naked and needs some hard work and team building to bring it back to its old self! This is a fun team building warm up or finisher. This particular flag I’m using is the United States flag with 50 stars and is great for an Independence Day Workout but you can use any flag and get creative, however this drill really is perfect for this particular flag.
Only time will tell if you get a wheel of fortune in this drill that finishes strong.
This drill uses the agility of basketball dribbling and the power of “air shooting” a basketball. Whether or not the Trainer gets the ball in the basket is the deciding factor for the next move.
