This quick card game uses shadow boxing and balls to get everyone ready for your workout.
Here is the bootcamp version of BINGO. Equipment is totally optional!
Split your group into two teams and set up a clothes line at the top of a hill. On the clothes line… exercise cards. First team to finish their cards wins.
Circuits with a twist… guess the sequence to get the upper hand!
This is a short finisher drill which could be made to last longer with multiple sets. Group of 4-8 participants in a circle with 1 medicine ball of acceptable weight for all. PAY ATTENTION as the medicine ball will be coming your way for various drills. Heads up!
