In this workout, your campers contribute exercises that get packed in the ‘suitcase’. This turns into a team built accumulator session.
Clothes Line
Split your group into two teams and set up a clothes line at the top of a hill. On the clothes line… exercise cards. First team to finish their cards wins.
Battle Rope Workout
Each team works together to complete 9 awesome group exercises.
Heads Up
This is a short finisher drill which could be made to last longer with multiple sets. Group of 4-8 participants in a circle with 1 medicine ball of acceptable weight for all. PAY ATTENTION as the medicine ball will be coming your way for various drills. Heads up!
