Build & Burn
It’s a pyramid and it’s a killer workout in a short time frame.
Tabata UP & DOWN
Participants will be doing Tabata sets standing up, then down on the floor and a combination of the two.
5 Rounds & Burpees
5 different rounds of exercises plus as a bonus… burpees!
Park Tabatas
This is tabata session is designed as an outdoor workout using whatever features you have in your outdoor space/park area. Be creative!
