This is another version of After the Roll where the roll of the dice determines the starting exercise PLUS all exercises after that number OR before that number. Campers will always end on exercise 10 or exercise 1.
Dice Workout
It’s all in the numbers! Each number represents a different category and there is 3 exercises within each including an interval workout. A great virtual workout but can also be done in person.
After The Roll
This is a dice workout where each roll of the dice determines how many stations they must complete.
Dice A + B = C
Roll your way through these 5 minute AMRAPs, leaving the rep count to the dice
It’s All In The Flip
The flip of the coin determines how many Burpees you have to do.
Roll on Descending Ladders
This is a fun interactive workout that can be done with 1 or more people and a dice per group.

Just like Tones and I sings, ‘Dance for me, dance for me, dance for me!’ This circuit will have campers moving around randomly, and should they roll a six, well, they’d better get dancing! Great as a laughter inducing starter, or extended for a fun, full-length circuit.

You really don’t want to ‘Lose Control’ so that you can be the first one finished!
