Focus Tabata Workout
6 Tabata Rounds with a Sprint Tabata Round between every 2.
Bit Of A Mix(ed Up)
This is a full body strength, cardio and conditioning workout using different formats in each round training the brain as well as the body 😀
Right Leg Left Leg
A leg day finisher that will leave your campers walking like baby giraffe and feeling the burn for days!
A double pyramid – a pyramid of time and a pyramid of reps!
No Weights? No Problem
This workout is like wine pairing but with body-weight exercises. Instead of pairing a smooth Merlot with Filet Mignon, we’ll take one exercise and pair up with three different exercises, trying to find the best fit.
Fight To The Core
This is a partnered, boxing workout where you work every muscle group in each set.
This is a simple format using Tabata timing :20:10 because you can do anything for :20 Seconds (insert winking emoji here). This is a great Drill to throw in anywhere within your workout, at the beginning to get everyone ready, in between longer sets, or at the end as a finisher. Working one muscle group for each Set, leveling up the difficulty for the next Tabata. I’ve included 3 Sample sets below for Squats and Push ups and Cardio. I’ve done this for Lunges, Bicep Curls and Jacks, it’s an endless list….. I’d love to see your Level Up workout!
Legs For Days
A tabata-type timed workout with only 4 exercises that will have them cursing you for days.
Birthday Buddy Boxing
Celebrate your boxing loving birthday camper with this challenging drill.
The Hare and The Tortoise
Go fast and then come to a grinding halt in this HIIT workout
Fast and Faster
Give your campers a good dose of fast and faster interval training.
Technique and Tabata
This drill combines technique focused rounds with high intensity interval rounds with the Tabatas, making for an all rounder workout for your clients.
Conditioning, HIT, Strength,
Almost There Tabata
This is a challenging HIIT workout that will leave your campers feeling very accomplished.
Boxing, Circuit, Intervals
Is it an EMOM or an AMRAP??
Choose your own adventure in this EMOM and AMRAP mash up. The twist is, you will have to do both formats eventually.
Pad Holder Effort Boxing
This is a high intensity drill to push your crew to the next level. Boxer will work in the 20s and pad holder in the 10s.
No Rest For The Wicked
I use this super easy format for our cold evenings here in BC, Canada. 1 minute of intense cardio, followed by a half Tabata of upper body.
Fight off the chills with this Winter Warming drill – it’s got everything from A-Z!
Conditioning, Finisher, Warm Up,
Bodyweight, Circuit, Intervals
Hoard your exercises in this sneaky accumulator
A little bit of THIS, a lot of THAT!
Created specifically for Zoom and different fitness levels but can absolutely be done in person. With a self-paced/counted BUY IN, followed by a timed workout, a song workout and end with an interrupted self-paced/counted finisher, this workout will leave your clients cursing you 🙂 but with love!
