5s and 50s

Start boot campers off with a 5 x 5 x 5 – 5 exercises, 5 rounds, 5 reps each. Then complete the rep ladder, taking breaks as needed. Finish with a second 5 x 5 x 5 and if time is left over, add the Tabata finisher.
