Death by Triceps Finisher

This is meant to kill your clients triceps! Great finisher but super simple. It’s a great one to do on the fly if you’ve done an upper body and really want to smoke their arms or if you’ve done a lot of legs and they deserve a bit of a break. Sometimes I throw this in the middle of a workout when I see they are starting to loose steam in a cardio workout.
